A paid, focused take-home task relevant to the role. Max 3 hours. We respect your time.

Meet the people you'd work with. Collaborative, conversational — not a whiteboard interrogation.

Offer

If it's a fit — salary, equity, start date. Total process: 2 weeks max, often faster.
